 We ordered one of your scratchers a few weeks ago, we were really pleased with it and I posted some photos of our cats enjoying it on a Ragdoll forum I'm a member of. I recommended it to a member called Dawn, who I think has now ordered one from yourselves.

Just to say that all is well.  Everything arrived on Friday as scheduled. They look absolutely great.  We're really chuffed with the result.  Thanks ever so much.

Will try to get a good picture of the larger one with the kittens but in the meantime attach our Clover sitting comfortably.
